Piercer messed up my nipple piercing?

So I got my nipples pierced yesterday (Saturday) at some random place I had never heard of.

The place I had done research on and wanted to go to, well their only piercer (it was mainly a tattoo shop with one piercing girl) had called in that day. So my friend who was with me suggested this other tattoo shop that did piercings. She said she had gone with her other friend there a few years back when her friend got some facial piercings.

Anyways, we roll up to the place and it turns out to be this really small, run down, sleazy looking building in a really bad run-down part of town. The piercing lady was super nice and likable at least. And the piercings were phenomenally cheap (42 bucks total, where as other places I've heard of nipple piercings being anywhere from 55-125 dollars)

We go into the back room and I tell her how my nipples are inverted etc. and she says she can def pierce inverted nipples bc so many people come in with inverted nipples wanting them pierced.

She tells me to lay down and I do. I've been with another friend of mine when she got her nipples pierced so I sort of knew what to expect. Well the lady is playing with my nipple to get it hard, and then I'm expecting to feel a clamp or expecting her to mark the holes. She does neither, she tells me to take a deep breath, and I do, I'm still assuming she's going to put a clamp on, and then all of a sudden she lances my nipple FREE HAND with the needle.

I was a bit surprised she wasn't using a clamp or didn't mark my nipples with a marker. I say nothing and she goes to the next nipple.

All is fine and such, and then I get home and realize she messed up my left nipple. The right is perfect, however the left piercing is way too far up, and isn't through the center of my nipple. And because of this, that nipple has been able to invert again bc the piercing is so high up. My other nipple is fine.

My question is, should I go to a different piercing shop and get it repierced? Should I take it out now and start letting it close up, or should I wait to talk through what I should do with a professional? Has anyone else had a messed up piercing before and needed to get it redone? Is it possible to get it redone if there's scar tissue?
