Cramps

Hi

I have been having terrible cramps for nearly 2 weeks. I have no spotting and the pain hurts my stomach, shoots through my hips and back. The cramping will stop me doing whatever I'm doing and after 15-20 mins it goes. I don't remember this with baby number 1 and this is my second pregnancy. Does anyone else have this? I have terrible wind too which I know isn't helping.

I also have quite a tilted uterus
