IUD (Kyleena) Questions

I'm getting my Kyleena IUD put in tomorrow morning.

I just have a couple questions about the "after I get it in" aspect.

1. The nurse told me not to have sex for a week after getting it put in because of the possibility of expulsion. Do my boyfriend and I reeeeaaallllyyyy need to do this? Have any of you had an IUD put in and then had sex during the first week?

Also, if I really should wait, then can we have oral sex/can he finger me and can I use my vibrator?

2. Will rough sex cause my IUD to move/expel itself, and will it cause me to have cramps or bleed?

3. Will my boyfriend pull my strings if he fingers/has sex with me?
