Please Help

I just found out that I was pregnant this past weekend. I tested positive yesterday morning and today. I also saw my OBGYN today and she ordered blood work which I will hear back tomorrow. But, I have one concern. This evening I experienced some cramping and a very small amount of darker blood down there. Since I've already tested positive multiple times, is it possible that I'm just getting implantation bleeding now? HELP PLEASE
