Oh my god this hurts

Okay so I have a patch of red bumps on my vagina and they hurt so much especially when my liner rubs up against them.😭 I've been wearing liners the past few days because I'm supposed to start my period anytime and I have one on just in case. I thought maybe it could be like a heat rash from the pad rubbing up against me and it being really hot here, but I also shave so I didn't know if that could be another thing. It hurts so much and I need some suggestions on how to make it feel better.😭
