Home remedies

Anyone know any home remedies for a uti or a yeast infection? I've taken a 7 day course of antibiotics to treat a uti but the symptoms have not really vanished, I'm stuck between which two it could be. It stings a little when urinating, feeling like I need to use the toilet a lot more, spotting between my periods but I don't know if it could be linked or not. I also had a baby four months ago so I'm just hoping it's my body out of whack but will sort itself out on its own 😕
