Don't know if this is the right place to put this..... just don't know where to put it.

I have been suffering from sleep paralysis for 6 years.... I have it almost every night ( sometimes multiple times in a night)

I have to take sleeping pills for me to get sleep.

A few stories******

I was sexually molested by my uncle when I was little. He was obsessed with me. He went to jail for life for murder. 6 years ago my sleep paralysis started... I never thought about him . Until that night. I was awake, but I couldn't move. This darkness was in the room with me. It was familiar. I screamed nothing came out. This mass was coming towards me. I was able to fully wake up before it got me. I was terrified! No idea what the hell just happened. I ran into my sons room and just stayed awake the rest of the night. I was so scared to sleep. That's when I was talking to my mom and she told me my uncle was killed a few nights ago. I just lost it. This fear was familiar finally made sense. It was my uncle. For 6 year he still haunts me.

The sleep paralysis is so out of control. My uncle has gotten me many times. I wake up with full hand prints on my body and I've even woke up under the bed with huge bruises. I had sleep paralysis and something pulled me under the bed ( from my feet ) .... after that I sleep with a mattress on the floor.

Moms house*****

I was watching my moms house one night and I fell asleep in her bed. The door was cracked and the hall light was on. My sleep paralysis happened and I could only stare at the door. I could see a shadow on the other side and then dark eyes peeking through the door opened a little and all of the sudden this hand hit the switch so hard it went into the wall. I woke up right after. I went to the door it was opened and the light switch was inside the wall. I couldn't believe it . I turned every light on. I went into the guest room where my son was son was and checked on him. I turned on the bathroom light in his room and it to was inside the wall basically. I took him into the living room and was up the whole night.

My fiancé has moved in and since he has it's stopped tremendously ... but the past few nights. It's happening again. Last night it happened twice and I saw my uncle. I didn't want to wake him I went downstairs and just cried.

I feel so crazy, but what's happening to me is real.

I'm so fucking sick of it and I shouldn't be terrified to sleep. 😞
