Fertility clinic time

Hi ladies. Well, after 33 months of trying, and being told up to this point everything looks good, my husband and I are biting the bullet and going to a fertility treatment clinic. We have our consultation next Friday. We have already been warned our insurance will not cover the cost of anything so we are really hoping that the solution is easy and inexpensive (meaning not 10-20grand). For any ladies that have been through this, what can we expect at the consultation? I'd really love your feedback so I am more prepared. TIA.
