Femara/Letrozole success ??

Question

Has anyone else had success or noticed any side affects. Currently on day 2 of the 2.5mg dosage ? Hoping this works, I'm so anxious 😩

I got pregnant twice on femara..both times it was on my third round. Unfortunately, my first time ended in miscarriage, but I am 37 weeks with a sweet boy now. 
The very first round I had problems with hot flashes and extreme anger but after that I didn't have a problem.

I've done 5 femara cycles total, and got pregnant on 3 of them (miscarried 2, currently 5w5d). I didn't get side effects till I was on 7.5mg, and it was headaches and maybe a hot flash or two. Really not bad at all, especially compared to clomid side effects!
