Working out while pregnant....
Hi ladies,
So I lost about 30 pounds over the last year and a half working out hard and am stronger and in great shape now. It took a lot of work to drop the weight. Anyways I am five weeks three days today. I was curuous about how you feel about working out while newly pregnant. I want to maintain my current weight that I worked so hard to lose so I can be fit and health for the baby. I do spin and kettlebell classes. Anyone work out while pregnant or advise to not do so!?! Thanks for any input....
