Have you ever experienced the paranormal?

Question

As in seeing spirits, hearing them, etc. I have not but I do believe in them. However I don't know if I should consider that feeling when someone is watching you as a paranormal experience or not. As a kid, I always felt like someone was watching me from the door in my room when I was home alone. My table with my computer was right in the front of the door and I ALWAYS felt like someone was watching me and it was bad. I could not ignore it, I would turn around all the time to see if something was there. It got to the point where I started moving my table so I would face the door. I don't know if that was just my kid imagination or not

I suffer from sleep paralysis and they get me .... I wake up with bruises all the time. I can see what's happening during it but I can't move.

I've had sleep paralysis a few times in different places, and my cats have gone all Blair Witchy in the hall or kitchen on me. But aside from some really bad, unexplained feelings in places, I can't say I've had something more substantial happen.

When I was 7 I had been living in this house for 2 years and I woke up at 3am with so much pressure on my chest I could hardly breathe. Then I hear a low growling in my ear. I scream on the top of my lungs. I got out of my bed as fast as i could and grabbed my crucifix. I held it up and yelled you are not welcome here repeatedly until I felt all the pressure went away. I slept in my sister room that night. I sleep with an open bible with 2 rosaries and crucifix on dresser at night.

I had a weird feeling one night while living with my fiancé and roommates. Our roommates grandmother had died in the house we were staying at. I called my friend who is a believer in the paranormal. Everything that happened that night was weird. We had an 80-90 year old mirror and dressed in the room we stayed in. That night it made my appearance change. My friend finally shows up and asks where we want to go. I told him the nature preserve. (That's about 40 minutes away) so we drive out there. We get out of the car. And you can hear weird noises. I look towards the bridge and there was a glowing orange orb. I tell my friend. He flashes the light in that direction and it's just floating there. We get back on the car and drive away. For about 10 miles. This orb followed us. I had nightmares for weeks after that lol. 
Also have a lady I see on a regular basis. All in white. Usually when she shows up. Something bad is going to happen. She was there the night before my dad died. She was there moments before I got into a car accident. Creepy stuff.

The house I grew up in was terrifying. The previous owners had their son pass away from an accident in the backyard. It wasn't anything bad at first but then shit started to hit the fan and when my sister got sick we moved out.

I wholeheartedly believe in the paranormal/supernatural because I've experienced it. Nothing super crazy, mostly weird noises and the feeling of being watched. The weirdest thing happened when I was probably around 10 or 11, I woke up in the middle of the night and I heard someone breathing nearby. I have 2 younger brothers, so I assumed one of them had a nightmare and climbed into bed with me. I reached out to comfort my sibling and no one was there. Then the breathing stopped.

When I was a toddler I would see things, hear things, and even interact with them. I'd always scare the s*** out of my mom. My grandma swears that if I wanted to, I could still do it today but I have to actually want it and focus enough to see ghosts again like I used to. I truly believe in ghosts or something, that is not living like us, existing amongst us every day. I've been touched (not inappropriately), I've heard things from actual walking in the attic when I'm the only one home to a female coughing/clearing her throat outside the bedroom door when I'm again the only one home and no windows are opened. Those two instances of hearing things were at my boyfriends parents house when i stayed there with them. My boyfriend has seen something sitting on the attic stairs staring at him before, the faucet would turn on by itself and run in two separate directions as if someone has their finger in the middle causing it to do that, shower turns completely on by itself, etc. His mom would also see and hear a little girl in that house while she was watching tv in her room. Crazy haunted.

I saw a ghost in my closet when i was little. The ghost looked like it was wearing a dress and look it had chop sticks in her hair. I don't know what to do so I try hiding under my blanket but she didn't go away. So I ended up walking out of my room and watch a movie with my brothers. I went back in my room after and she was gone. 
Also my posters would fall of the walls and sounded like the were getting pushed off. Not falling I would put a lot of tape on them so they won't fall. 
A other experience I had I was taking a shower and I got out and something bite me. It made a vampire type of mark but with three prefect circles instead of two. I was more freak out about bleeding and forgot to take a picture, it stop bleeding like 5 mins after and next day the it was like it never happened. No marks or scapes from it. I kinda just  wrote off as my mind playing tricks on me for awhile.
Also occasionally a ghost plays with my daughter's nosies toys. Not as much compared to when we got her first toy.

Yes ever since I was a kid. I lived in the same house my whole life. I would always keep my door open, there was a long hallway and it was dark, I would see shadows walk past and see figures standing in the doorway. I never felt scared though! They didn't seem evil in anyway. When I was a little kid I would have sleepovers a lot and I'd tell my friends I had ghost living in my house. We joked one time and said, " if there's a ghost in here give us a sign" and the fan started spinning. They were always playful. This other time when I was a little older I took my hair down and put the hair tie on the counter, and went to the bathroom when I came back it was on the floor.. the last straw for me was when my friend came over with her ouija board. My grandpa died in my room when I was around 8 years old, we were in the same room and we were just messing around and we asked the board what's your name? And it said Peter... my grandpas name. After that I was like HELL NO. Also I would experience sleep paralysis a lot in that house. My sister and I shared a room and she would always talk and laugh in her sleep. She even would sit up and sometimes sleep walk. OHH the worst was this one time we all stayed up late watching a movie and passed out on the couch I woke up to my mom freaking out because she couldn't find my sister..we found her sleeping outside in the pouring rain in a lawn chair, she had no recollection on how she got out there...
