Do you majority of the time get along with your inlaws?

My husbands parents are divorced and remarried, I get along wonderfully with his dad and step mom, in fact to me his step mom is my MIL. His mom.....ugh...that woman is he most selfish, self centered parasite I've ever met.

I only talk to three people out of his entire family

I get along great with his dad.  His mom is still kinda up in the air.  She is really stand offish. Doesn't show emotion at all.

My MIL is difficult.  But I just stand my ground and communicate and things tend to be okay.

All the time. Because we communicate and are both generally not huge assholes. 🤷🏻‍♀️
