Exercise during pregnancy?!?!?
So before I got pregnant I use to exercise maybe like 2-3 times a week. But when I got pregnant I stopped going to the gym. I know that I should have continued going regularly but life happened and I was so busy I really didn't have time. I'm now 22 weeks pregnant and want to get back into the gym. Does anyone go to the gym regularly or have a gym routine they could share? Any advice really would be great 🙂🙂
