anyone else don't feel anything when ur birthday comes?

so im turning 23 and don't feel like i'm 23 actually. I feel like i'm like 30. i have a TON of complications. So i feel no different when my birthdays come . I don't feel like my age for some reason. anyone else feel like this ?

YES this year especially. Going from 21 to 22 felt like such a let down, plus my birthday was on Easter this year so it didn't feel like anything special

I feel depressed. I have bad knees, a lower back problem, migraines constantly, neck pain and I could go on.

I don't do anything for my birthday. As a teen we'd just get whatever I wanted for dinner when I turned 16 I think I got to go shopping, 18 my mom took me out to get a massage, our nails done, shopping and out to eat. I was pregnant for my 21, and still haven't actually celebrated that. I've gone out twice but once it was for my friends birthday, the second time it was fun but we only went out for like 3 hours and I didn't drink much and had to stop the last hour because we still had to pick up our son.
