Menstrual Cup Tips?
My menstrual cup just came in the mail!! And it's perfect timing because my period just started this evening. (the only time I've been remotely excited about a period lol) I think I'm going to try it tomorrow if my period is a good flow and if I'm not doing anything extreme. Any tips on getting it in/out and what not to/what to do? Thanks so much!
