What's the point? Maybe a little mascara but that's as far as I'd go. I'm at the hospital to push a human out of my vagina, not go to a fashion parade 😂

If I had time and was getting professional pictures done, yes. But nothing over the top. Just enough to make me not look rough. But if no pictures, than no. Not even worth it. Could careless about what I looked like. And honestly, I had an emergency c section and the first picture my SO took of me in recovery with my baby girl on my chest, I was GLOWING. Tried, but glowing. And it's my favorite picture. No make up at all.

Luckily I don't wear makeup everyday so I can care less, although... I do have lash extensions, so I'm going to make sure they're always full. Lol

Labour might involves sweating, crying, puking, or getting in the shower/tub. Hell, it might last over 24 hrs! Don't bother with makeup during labour.

nope. I get really warm during labor, I'd just sweat it off and look like a big sloppy mess anyway so what's the point?

My friend's sister in law did. We talked last week and first time I heard about putting make up on before going into labor. Never thought about it...
I said maybe because if I have time and I look beyond a mess that day, I would want some BB cream and lip color. Honestly, I wouldn't do mascara or eyeshadows because I'm assuming it'll get ruined by my pushing... and knowing me, I will probably cry...

I had my makeup done the last time I went into labor since I went straight from work and by the time I had my son I had makeup running all over my face looking like a crazy person from sweating. I'll be waiting till after this time.

I don't wear make up very often, but I wouldn't mind a little mascara and concealer afterwards... before everyone starts taking my picture. lol. I have sensitive skin and have been dealing with splotchy skin and popped blood vessels just from the strain of vomiting so I feel like my face is going to be a hot mess, plus my eyelashes are blonde so mascara is the one thing I usually do whenever I leave the house. But who knows what'll happen or if I'll even care in the moment.
