Oh my gosh, Twins!?!?

Today was our first appointment (7.5 weeks) and boy did we get a surprise! Was not expecting two yolk sacs since there is no history of twins in mine or my husbands family, but My OB said she saw the heartbeat flicker in both sacs. Holy wow!!! Has anyone else had this unexpected surprise??
