Pregnant?

I had sex about 10 days ago and was supposed to start my period yesterday. I had some mild spotting which hasn't ever happened but today I had a pretty constant flow, not as heavy as usual. It was medium and I had to change my pad 2-3 times today, but I'm very worried that could mean I'm having implantation bleeding. I'm getting the usual large pimples associated with my period, but I usually have very heavy flows, while today it was heavy but not as heavy as usual. Anyone have any comments/ advice on what this could mean? The internet hasn't been very helpful. And also we did use a condom, which didn't seem to be broken after. He also noticed there was blood on the condom after and I assumed this was because I hadn't had sex in a long time. Not sure if that's related. Anyone with anything to say PLEASE comment I'm very worried
