HELP!!! Did I just miscarried a baby?

Why my period came early? 😭 I'm only 9dpo and my expected period should come in 8 days! At 7dpo I had a faint line and today I felt really extreme cramps and when I tried to go to bathroom, there's blood on my panty liner. I'm always regular and This never happened to me :(

It could be implantation bleeding or it could be an early period. But if you're only 7 dpo, in most cases it would be too early for a positive test and its unlikely you would even be aware of having a miscarriage. Especially since you seem to be so stressed out about pregnancy (I see in another post you thought you were having symptoms 2 dpo, which is impossible) it's also possible that the anxiety is affecting your cycle. Calm down, which I know is easier said than done, and try not to worry. If you really think you're pregnant, you can call your doctor and ask them what they'd like you to do. Most offices won't schedule an appointment until you're estimated to be around 8 weeks, but it never hurts to just call and ask.
