Staying home with daughter/ new job

I really need some advice I stay home with my daughter except for two days a week I work at that dollar store i applied for a new job because my fb said we need the money. I got a new job working as a pssa I will being going into older people's homes and helping them. Kinda like a retirement home but I will go to there houses. The only bad thing is I will have to work one weekend a month. Now that I got the job my bf said just work one more day at the dollar store and we will be fine.... I really want to stay home with her I'm scare if I don't she's not going to like me as much and like someone else better. But I feel like this job could be a good opportunity in mine and hers future. I really don't know what to do.
