Are you suffering from depression or anxiety?
Okay I don't know why I didn't think about sharing this sooner, but I've been dealing with both anxiety and depression ever since I could remember. Recently I've been getting panic attacks that are so bad I end up getting nauseous and throwing up. Anyways, I found this app that helps me meditate and work towards being healthier and setting goals for myself to improve my mental standing. Do any of you use Pacifica? I LOVE being able to set goals for myself, I'm slowly working towards being more social and being the kind of person I've always wanted to be.
