3D sonogram question

Yesterday I went in my doctors office for a 3D sonogram, she had her hands over her eyes, so the lady tried getting her to move them and resulted in her completely flipping to my back. It was a 15 minute session so the lady gave up after that, and I got my money back. I wasn't happy with that... so I decided to go to an elective ultrasound for 3D that is a 45 minute session instead with more pictures. My question is, do you have any tips before I go to ensure to get a good result this time around, I was heartbroken I didn't get any pictures! It's my hubbys birthday today and this is suppose to be his present!
