Pregnancy

So I'm currently 34 weeks 2 days with baby girl #2. Second pregnancy, and the doctors are hoping I make it to 36 weeks. I've been having contractions on and off, but nothing too serious. She checked me on Tuesday at my appointment, and she said I was 1cm dilated. With my first daughter Azalea, I had no complications, and she was born on her due date. I didnt even dilate until I got induced. I know it completely normal to dilate throughout the third trimester, but have any other mommies had this with their second babies? I'm not too worried, but just wanted to know if you went into labor earlier than you did with your first. :)
