Soreness 4 months pp
Is it normal to start having some soreness again 4 months post c-section? I find myself holding my daughter or carrying her right against my incision area and I'm wondering if that's causing it? It's my first baby and c-section so I have no idea what's normal or not. I've read it can take up to a year to really be fully healed.
