I posted about this yesterday but my nearly 4 month old twins seem to be teething, my doc said it can happen but to wait and see. Well today I noticed my baby's gums and it looks like a tooth coming through. I'm asking people on here because my doctor is booked out and it's Friday and doesn't work weekends. I've attached a photo of what their gums look like any suggestions would be great

Edit: it also seems like they are both going through a growth spurt as they are drinking more and being very clingy
