Successful Reversals after 18 years???

Hi guys. My fiance just had his reversal done after 18 years 😳. Was wondering if anybody on here can relate? We have only been ttc for about three weeks post healing of the surgery. He healed very well and doctor had said sperm was found during surgery.  I'm
Just starting this scary ass ttc journey under this unique situation. I have never tried to get pregnant before. I'm 29. Fiancé is 49. please share any advice or stories.

My Fiancé had his VR beginning of June, got his tests in a few weeks to see what his soldiers are up to after 9 years. I'm scared of what the results will be. I have everything crossed for good news. Obv no luck in making a baby yet but it's still early days.

Hi Elsa! We had our reversal done early June, TTC this will be he 3rd month. He had the reversal done after 7 years and surgery went well. On the major to do list is dropping his sample off with the doctor to see how his swimmers are looking (unfortunately he's about an hour away and only available during working hours). We are 10 years apart he's 37 and I'm 27.  Baby dust to you!

Same situation with me. My fiancé is 39 and I’m 18. He had a vasectomy about 7 years ago and we’re going to get it reversed in the beginning on January. It can range in prices we choose the best-doctor who’s success rate was 96% even with someone who has had a vasectomy for 42 years. So hopefully you had a great doctor and wish y’all luck !

My husband had his reversal June 1st after 15 years. We have been TTC ever since. It hasn't been long but no luck yet. We are 17 years apart. You aren't alone!
