I'm nearly 10 weeks pregnant and I got up and felt a gush coming out of my vagina and I thought it was discharge because I've had a lot lately and I look down and see squirts of blood then went to the toilet and heaps more came out !!!!

go to the er  I bled very heavy through out my whole pregnancy and my son was fine I even had clots.  I was the lucky 10% to get horrible periods and now my son is almost 7

You need to call your doctor and ask them what they'd like you to do. There should always be an emergency nurse line open. They make ask you to just keep an eye on it to see if it stops, if you continue bleeding or start experiencing cramps or they may want you to go to the hospital.

Bleeding during pregnancy can be many different things.
Definitely make a trip to the ER hun ❤️

I had heavy bleeding at 12 weeks. it turned out I had placenta previa at that time. I'm not 32wks. with what looks like a healthy pregnancy.
