Waiting...

It's been about 3 months trying after I got my IUD taken out and I'm not pregnant yet. I feel like I can't have another baby now 😢 I feel like I'm a failure to not only my boyfriend but to myself that I can't give him a child. I've been trying everyday on my fertile days and everything. It is my age or my body saying no because of the IUD removal ? These are my two months shown that I've been trying any advise?
