When will my miscarriage actually start? I'm so confused..

I was 5 weeks pregnant and got told I was miscarrying yesterday because my levels dropped from two days ago down to 416. Wednesday morning i had one cramp that lasted a few second and then I had brown spotting only when wiping then by Yesterday morning  it turned to dark red with some little stringy pieces of brown in it  but only when wiping all day long And today Its dark brown and only when wiping. When will I actually start to bleed? I haven't  even had any cramps

Since you've already started bleeding my guess is it'll happen soon. I had a missed miscarriage, baby's heart stopped at 9 weeks and I never had any spotting or sign that I'd miscarry, so I ended up having a D&C; at 15 weeks. I hope everything goes smoothly for you!

I think it's different for everyone. I miscarried at 8 weeks but my baby stopped growing at 5w4d. I've known people who have had a missed miscarriage and they never even knew it happened. Either way, I'm so very sorry. It's a difficult road to walk but I hope you find comfort and support during this season. Prayers for your rainbow baby!

Have you considered a D&C;? I found out I had a miscarriage on a friday, and had a D&C; the following Monday. I felt like passing the baby on my own would be too emotional, plus I was scared, and this way my doctors can do tests to find out what went wrong
