So after a long day at work I was FINALLY getting to go home. I felt a little nauseated, which hasn't been abnormal this pregnancy.. decide to check my sugar just in case before I left... 49!! MY SUGAR WAS 49 😭 I'm horribly concerned what I thought to be "morning sickness" is actually my sugar dropping. Super worried about the effects on my baby not to mention how horrible I feel

Just eat a well balanced meal. 49 is low but don't overthink it just eat good and recheck it about 15 minutes after and see how you feel. U less your sugar drops so low and you actually began to have symptoms then don't stress too much about it but definitely get a good meal in your system and maybe some orange juice with sugar in it

My mom fainted at 30, but apparently everyone is different. Maybe have someone take you to the ER if it continues to drop.
