Crampy and achy back

I'm 6 weeks, 4 days. Anyone else feel crampy in the evenings/at night? I have no spotting but I feel miserable every evening with this achy crampy feeling in my pelvis and lower back. Currently on progesterone suppositories nightly. Part of me thinks the reason I cramp in the evenings is because my previous night's progesterone dose is wearing off. Had a great first ultrasound today and saw & heard baby's heartbeat but this crampy feeling is nerve wracking. I've had 2 miscarriages.

Anyone else feel crampy???
