Back pain..anyone?

I'm 6wks...is it just me or is this back pain normal?? I had to get s heating pad to put in my chair at work and sleep with one at home!😩 also, when will my sore breasts go away..? And being hungry all the time...? I though that was for later pregnancy..🤷🏽‍♀️
