Does it matter when you take the plan b ?

Not so long ago, i had unprotected sex a few days after my period, I took a plan b the night after. I still haven't reached my fertile window.

The issue is that when I've taken plan b's before, i usually get my period 3 days after. Today is the 3rd day & I still haven't gotten my period. Is it because of the time I took it during my cycle? Does that matter?

Note: I don't use the pill as bc, when I say that I've taken it before, i mean like in the beginning of my relationship & recently
