Exercise during TWW?
So I'm usually very active. Gym 4-5 times a week or more for some weight/resistance training and cardio. I was also a dancer for 15 years. Now, I've been teaching zumba once a week for two years.
I am 9 dpo. Will teaching zumba hurt me in my TWW? I know they say to continue the same exercise....but then I've also read something about taking it easy during the TWW.
Thoughts? Anybody with a BFP want to weigh in?
