Pregnant?

I'm about 4 days away from starting my period. I went to the doctor today and they did blood work for something I was being seen for and the doctor came back and said my blood work showed I'm pregnant. My number is at 66. She said to come back tomorrow and test again, if it's up then that means I'm definitely pregnant. If it's not then I'm most likely not pregnant or I'm most likely going to miscarry.

I'm nervous as hell because I already have a 2 year old and terrible twos has been kicking my ass.

Do you guys think I could be pregnant?? 😅
