They make so much noise from 6 am until midnight!! they have 3 kids and they jump around all the time, drag chairs, scream, throw things and bang the walls and we can hear everything! even when they get nasty! we've talked to them several times about toning it down at least before 9 am all the way until 11 pm but they get offended wtf! The property manager has talked to them to and they say they will try and get the kids to stop but they don't. I have kids to and they have a curfew to not make noise out of respect for our neighbors! what can we do? I don't want to disturb my side neighbors but want to be a nightmare for my upstairs neighbors
