3 months from taking out Implanon - pregnant

I have polycystic ovaries and didn't think it would happen this quickly .. although the pregnant line (opposite to the control line) doesn't seem very clear .. assuming it still means pregnant or I should test again??

Partner & I are normally really good although we have been fighting last few days and not speaking ... not sure whether to tell him just yet ... help girls 😫
