Help!!!!#!

Okay so i recently told my mom i wanted to move back and my fiance and his family treats to say if i go my child has to say i feel like i have no saying to my child i dont make alot of money to hire an attorney i dont want my child ever left behind i am always taking care of her and my so doesnt help i dont know what to do i feel traped in this relationship i have no saying to anything and I get consently put down

What should i do ? Please help me :(
