need help

My vagina had been very raw and itchy (presumably from rougher sexual activities as it didn't match my previous yeast infections). That is starting to go down; however, it had gotten to the point of every now and then if I rubbed there'd be some blood (not period). I was supposed to start my period yeasterday, and I saw a bit of blood but none of my usual symptoms, nor was the blood noticeable. Today, nothing. I am also likely dehydrated, and I have been showing signs of stress lately. Any thoughts on the situation? Any part of it, beginning to end. Also there is no possible way for me to be pregnant.
