We all know our founders created checks and balances in the 3 branches of government to assure a president couldnt rule like a king. But most of the ethics norms previous presidents have followed arent laws. But if it wasn't obvious before, there are a number of loopholes. Many of the guidelines that previous presidents followed were based on good faith, not laws i.e. Sharing tax history, transparency in the White House etc.

Do you think we need to rethink our laws and make sure there are less loopholes for the president? Should we create more checks and balances pertaining to laws, as well?
