Should I go to the doctors?

My period is suppose to start until August 24th so it's too early to take a home urine test but over the past week I have felt nauseous, not very hungry for anything, a little light headed and dizzy, some SOB, fatigue, and cramping. My boyfriend of almost 4 years and I are very careful but with these symptoms I can't help but wonder what if I am pregnant. Should I go to urgent care and see if it's possible for them to do a urine test or a blood test?
