Ttc in 30 with irregular cycle

I was wondering would i get a positive result on a pregnancy test if I take it 6 days early. I have been ttc for 4 years. I am 30 years old and currently have 3 children.I have been experiencing tenderness in my breasts and nausea. Lately my skin has been very pretty and I have dry mouth. I had two periods last month one July 4th for three days and the other July 25 for 7 days. Please govern yourselves according and be respectful in your comments.
