Need some advise

I found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago (super early, now 5 weeks exactly) tests were very hard to read (faint faint lines) had some implantation bleeding that stopped after 4 days. No concerned at all. Had some bloods at 3.5 weeks which were 45. Again at 4 weeks which were 55. Had a bit of abnormal bleeding and hormones went down to 32. On Thursday 4.5 weeks I had bloods and hormones of 70 (so they dropped then doubled) and a heavy bleed, clots etc. Bleeding is still on going. Hormones due to be re done against Thursday. What do you think? Definite miscarriage? Something abnormal? Opinions would be much appreciated
