How to increase supply again?
So I made a mistake by thinking I was done pumping and breastfeeding and wanted to slow down my supply. I decided I don't want to stop and I know I still have milk cause I leak a lot and still pump. But I noticed my supply isn't as much anymore. Is there any way to get my supply back?
