I Fell :(

23 weeks, 4 days. I just tripped over my dogs tonight (they always find a way to be inconveniently in the way) and caught myself by landing on my hands and knees, but the Fall made me pretty nervous. Has anyone ever fallen during pregnancy? I need some reassurance 😕
