Bleeding!!!

Warning!!! A little graphic... so I was doing my makeup this morning and felt a gush of liquid in my panties... I go to the bathing and see that it's blood, and quite a bit. The weird thing is I just got past my ovulation window yesterday so it shouldn't be my period. It had a few clots in it. I put a tampon in and when I checked a few hours later the tampon only had a very small amount of brownish blood on it... could this be implantation bleeding?
