Strong headaches during early pregnancy?

I've had some pretty bad headaches for the last week. The other day my headache was close to migraine I was incapable of doing anything pretty much. I took Tylenol but I don't want to keep taking it everyday with my headaches. I carry and refill a water bottle around with me everyday to stay hydrated. I've had really bad morning (all day) sickness since 4 weeks pregnant! I'm about 9 1/2 weeks today.Anyone have an suggestions??

I had terrible headaches during my first pregnancy and I also hated taking Tylenol very often but they were pretty much every day. Try rubbing some peppermint oil around your temples and back of your neck (or wherever you're feeling the headache pain). Also you can try a heating pad or cool compress to help with pain

I had the worst headaches in my first trimester and still get them, nearing the third trimester! When they would get really bad and I was done taking tylenol, I'd lie in bed (keep drinking lots of water) with a wet, cold cloth on my forehead and eyes and a fan or air conditioner on. And bite a pen between your teeth (I put it right behind my canines). It's not a permanent solution but when you're crying because everything hurts so bad, it definitely helped me!
