Being a night person is making me so unhealthy. Anyone else the same?
I hate mornings. I can't even get out of bed until I wake up fully and the can take a long time. I end up skipping breakfast and lunch and get hungry around 3 pm and at that point I'm starving but it's not quite dinner. So at dinner time I will seriously PIG OUT. I'm so hungry and I just eat so much and whatever sounds good. I never eat healthy. And then I'm too full to even move, but get hungry again around ten or so. At this time, I'll eat really unhealthy junk food. I'll eat candy, chips, and I'll even go get fast food because it's all that's open and I love going places at night. Anyone else like this? I would ask for advice, but I already know what I have to do. It's just hard. I hate breakfast and getting up at a normal time. And then having to make something lol I suck. Maybe any recipes you make at night that make breakfast easy and low maintenance?
