How to tell if dilated
I missed my 37 weeks dr appointment and my doctor hasn't checked if I'm dilated or effaced. I'm wondering if I can check this at home? Or is there any way to tell? I lost a dime size amount of my mucus plug about a week or 2 ago but nothing since
