Not overly painful but enough to take my breath away and make me feel very tight and heavy, every 8 minutes for the last two days. Went to hospital last night, fibronectin test showed negative for preterm labour and not dilating. Was put on IV fluids overnight with no change and having fetal heart decels with each contraction....sent home on close watch with an ultrasound Tuesday. Has anyone ever experienced this or something like this? I've done everything to make these contractions slow down or stop but they said if he were to come now it would be ok since I'm 34 weeks tomorrow. FTM and just have never experienced anything like this or seen it anywhere else..
